Indaclav

A combination that ensures safety against infections

​INDACLAV is an antibiotic-type formulation combining amoxicillin and clavulanic acid, a powerful beast-lactamase inhibitor.

Amoxicil:

effective against most GM + ve and anaerobic phthogens.

Very active against staphylococci, E coli and Haemphilus influenzae.

Better absorption compared to other penicilin antibiotics.

Clavulanic acid: 

Expand the antibacterial spectrum of amoxicillin to include beta-lactamase producing strains.

Prevent the breakdown of amoxicillin by inhibiting the beta-lactamase enzyme.

Used to treat or prevent many infections such as 

urinary tract infection 

skin and soft tissue infections 

respiratory tract infection 

postoperative infections 

sinus injury 

Tonsillitis - infection of the throat caused by bacteria or viruses

acute otitis media infection
