Each bottle contains:
Aroxicillin sodium (sterile) USP
Eg. Amoxicillin Anhydrous 1000 mg
Potassium Clavulanate (Sterile) USP
Eq. Clavulanic Acid 200 mg

What is INDACLAV 1.2 G and what is it used for?
INDACLAV 1,2 G is an antibiotic and works by killing bacteria that cause infection.

* Severe ear, nose, and throat infections
* Respiratory tract infections
* Urinary tract infections

* Bone infections and art

* Infections of the genital organs in women.  

INDACLAV 1.2 G is also used in adults and children to prevent the risk of major surgery.

 

2. What you need to know before you receive INDACLAV 1.2 You should not receive INDACLAV 1,2: If you are allergic to amexycillin, clavulanic acid or penicillin If you have ever had a severe allergic reaction to another antibiotic. This includes skin - rash or swelling of the face or throat If you have ever had liver problems or jaundice taking an antibiotic - ela skin) lor? You should not receive INDACLAV 1.2Gsi any of the above conditions apply to you. If in doubt, contact your doctor, pharmacist or nurse before receiving INDACLAV 1.2G Warning and Precautions Talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse before receiving the medication if You: Have glandular fever * Are being treated for liver or kidney problems * Do not urinate regularly. Other medicines and INDACLAV 1.2G Tell your doctor, pharmacist or nurse if you are using, have recently or may use any other medicines, If you are taking allopurinol (for gout) with INDACLAV 1.2 G, it is more likely you have an allergic skin reaction - If you are taking probenecid (for your gout), your doctor may decide to adjust the dose of INDACLAV 1.2G If medicines to help stop blood clots (such as warfarin) are with INDACLAV 1.2 G, additional blood tests may be required. INDACLAV 1.2 G may affect the functioning of methotrexate (a drug used to treat cancer or rheumatic diseases) INDACLAV 1.2 G may affect the functioning of mycophenolate mofetil (a medic used to prevent rejection of sweaty organs) Pregnancy, breastfeeding
